With students experiencing heightened levels of anxiety and trauma, 教育工作者 in rural communities are advocating for more services and programs. “If we don’t give them the help they need, many are not going to make it.” Check out the cover story from NEA, Rural Schools Take on the Mental Health Crisis.

Teacher shortages are a serious issue across the country. Here in Virginia, there are currently over 3,648 unfilled teaching positions. (FY23)
